Timothy Williams is a 1987 graduate of Arcadia High School. Timothy has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science and plus 30 in Counseling from Grambling State University. Timothy has a background in teaching, counseling, community service and administration, including 25 years in education. His work focused on education, planning and executing events, and collaborating with multiple businesses and colleges/universities partnerships. Timothy appreciates the value of conviction and compromise and realizes that you must partner with other organizations to do the best for the community. Timothy believes that those with the ability to help others must do so for the good of the community – not for personal gain. Timothy Williams plans to do that with his new role as Councilman and work with Mayor Millican and fellow council members to improve Arcadia's infrastructure, property management, revenue/budget, beautification, as well as many other goals.
